 Isang malaking balita nga ang pagtanggap ng pagkakamali ng noontime show na E.A.T sa naging biro kamakailan ni Henyo Master Joey de Leon. Marami ang natuwa at tinanggap ang paumanhin na pinarating ng show. Pero marami din ang humuhirit na dapat padin silang parusahan ng MTRCB.

Narito ang nilalaman ng apology letter ng mga producers ng E.A.T,

Dear Chairperson Sotto:

     We are writing to formally explain an incident that occured last September 23, 2023 during the E.A.T GIMME 5 Segment involving one of our host, Mr. Joey de Leon.

      During the said inciden, Mr. De Leon suggested "Lubid" (rope) as an answer to a question regarding things that may worn around the neck. He conveyed this verbally in a very brief manner without further actions, elaborations or demonstrations. However, some viewers  interpreted the utterance onthe said object to be an insinuation of suicide, which is very sensitive and triggering subject.
